COPA (AGES 3 – 17)

YouthPower365’s COPA is a summer youth soccer program for children of ages 3-17. This program aims to keep children throughout Eagle County engaged in the summer months while providing a structured environment that instills self-discipline, builds self-confidence and soccer skills, and strengthens connections to their peers, family, and community.
SUMMER Camp (INCOMING 1ST – 9TH GRADERS)
JUNE 17 – JULY 12
YouthPower365 Summer Camp is a fun, academic-based camp in partnership with Eagle County School District. Students needing a boost in reading and math have received an invitation to participate by the district.
VERY YOUNG COMPOSERS (AGES 9 – 18)
JULY 15 – 24
Very Young Composers, a program of YouthPower365 in partnership with the New York Philharmonic and The Playground Ensemble, allows students of all backgrounds to create their own musical piece from start to finish, during a week-long workshop. With the help of teaching artists, students learn to compose for different instruments, write a short story, and set the story to music in a step-by-step process. The program will culminate in a public performance by professional musicians of all the student compositions.
CELEBRATE THE BEAT POP HOP CAMP (INCOMING 4TH – 8TH GRADERS)
JULY 29 – AUGUST 2
Pop Hop is a summer program of YouthPower365’s Celebrate the Beat Eagle County. This week-long free arts education dance program is designed to foster teamwork, creativity, and the joy of accomplishment through dance. Pop Hop culminates in a performance at the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater during Vail Dance Festival’s International Evenings of Dance.
CELEBRATE THE BEAT CELEBRATION TEAM (INCOMING 4TH – 8TH GRADERS)
JULY 8 – AUGUST 2
Monday – Friday 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. – Battle Mountain High School
Special performance at Star Dancing Gala on July 16 from 5:30 – 8 p.m.
By audition only. Auditions are April 11 from 4:30 – 6:30 p.m. at Battle Mountain High School.
To participate, please complete the application for Pop Hop Camp and indicate you will be auditioning. – Must be able to attend Pop Hop Camp to be considered (details and application above).
YouthPower365’s Celebrate the Beat Eagle County invites youth who hunger for extra challenges to audition for our most advanced team, made up of students from our schools across the valley. Come together and create special bonds and friendships while learning more advanced dance techniques from visiting choreographers. Students will also learn how to speak publicly and gain other life skills to excel. This team performs at community events, including the YouthPower365 Star Dancing Gala and the Vail Dance Festival.
