YouthPower365’s free Magic Bus mobile preschool program provides three to five year olds with class time and parent support to successfully prepare for a lifetime of learning. The program holds classes in various neighborhoods from Dotsero to Avon, offering eight hours of class time per week over four days weekly.
YouthPower365’s Magic Bus visits different neighborhoods throughout Eagle County. The Magic Bus offers developmentally appropriate activities that build social-emotional, language, literacy and math development in a bilingual classroom setting. Teachers assess students’ progress, develop lesson plans and inform parents during home visitation conferences. The program allows children to experience the importance of play and discovery, while preparing for school.Â
YouthPower365’s Parent Mentors program provides training and support to help develop participants into educational leaders and role models in their school communities through classroom volunteerism.
